Tai Chi, Qi Gong - Learn the basics
New short course soon to start.
Qi gong and tai chi are ancient practices that can retrain your body how to move and help keep you in much better shape. It's a really good way of keeping in balance and is suitable and safe for any age or level of fitness.
After repeated requests - John is planning on running a short course focussing on Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Sotai and other things he has learnt. It will be an introduction to get you started on the track to a healthier you. John is after some expressions of interest as to which morning/s would be best to have it.
